Building Process
 

• Clean & wax the mold

• Spray the gelcoat

• Hand lay the fiberglass mat, spray resin, & roll smooth

 
• Once the hull & deck are molded, the hull mold is aligned on top of the deck mold and the two are fiberglassed together.
 
 
 
• Remove the boat from the mold using water pressure
 
• Install the keel or centerboard & paint the bottom
 
• Install the woodwork & finish

• Install the hardware & optional items
 
• Outfit & prepare for delivery
